What's New at Scholara: Spring 2026 Update

Spring 2026 Updates

We've been hard at work making Scholara better for students, parents, and teachers. Here's a roundup of everything new this spring.

๐ŸŽฏ Learning Goals

Parents can now set weekly learning goals for each child โ€” like "Complete 3 math lessons this week" or "Practice reading 4 times." Track progress in real-time from your parent dashboard, and celebrate when your child hits their targets.

โฐ Screen Time Controls

We know healthy screen habits start with clear boundaries. Our new screen time controls let parents set daily time limits for each child. When the limit is reached, students see a friendly reminder that it's time for a break. You can adjust limits anytime from your dashboard.

๐Ÿ“ฌ Weekly Progress Emails

Every Sunday, you'll receive a summary of your child's week โ€” lessons completed, skills practiced, streaks maintained, and badges earned. It's a quick way to stay informed without logging in.

๐Ÿ”” In-App Notifications

Students and parents now receive notifications for important events: new badges earned, assignments due, streak reminders, and goal completions. Stay in the loop without missing a beat.

๐Ÿ“š Parent Resources Blog

We've launched a blog full of evidence-based articles on topics like building learning routines, understanding screen time guidelines, and making math fun. New articles published weekly.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Help Center & Support

Our new help center features a searchable FAQ covering everything from account setup to troubleshooting. Need more help? Submit a support ticket directly from the platform.

What's Coming Next

We're working on several exciting features for summer 2026:

  • Smart Progress Reports โ€” Personalized monthly reports that analyze your child's learning patterns and suggest focus areas.
  • Expanded Science Curriculum โ€” More hands-on science lessons covering earth science, engineering basics, and nature exploration.
  • Multiplayer Learning Games โ€” Students can challenge friends to educational games in real-time.
  • Teacher Gradebook Improvements โ€” Enhanced analytics and reporting for classroom management.

Thank you for being part of the Scholara community. We're building this platform with your family in mind, and your feedback shapes everything we do.
